All orders through our website are guaranteed to be processed, packaged and shipped the following business day. Orders will be sent out the same business day if made before 10:30 AM. Please note, receiving a purchase order via email indicating the items selected, does NOT guarantee all items will be in stock. We will notify you via email once your package has been processed.
Tracking information will be provided on all orders and will be sent directly to your email once it has been shipped to the destination.
Currently, we only offer shipping options within the United States & Canada. If you are interested in ordering our coffee from an International location, please contact us here and we will ensure your coffee needs are met.
Coffee: We will gladly accept any returns as long as the coffee is sealed, and the purchaser pays the return shipping. Should any issues arise, please contact us at 1-888-294-1111 within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you and your coffee needs.
Merchandise & Equipment: We will gladly accept any returns as long as the product is unused and the purchaser pays return postage. Should any issues arise, please contact us at 1-888-294-1111 within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Our customer’s satisfaction is our number one priority.
